ALLIO A5E-600 automatic Stretching & Stapling machine uses patented technologies such as servo control, bandage modules and arrayed nail gun modules that auto adjusts the depth of nails to avoid nail-breaking and floating nails. You can change the mould for different size of the product from 180mm to 600mm.

Working together with one units, the A5E-600 Wooden Canvases Stretching & Stapling Machine can mount up to 180 canvases per hour, easily operate by anyone, even by 60+ years old lady, which is several times faster than tradition manual production.

A5E-600 Wooden Canvases Stretching & Stapling Machine is a fully automatic system that is suitable for mass production of picture frames. The operation is very simple, just enter the "length, width, height" of the product, and the machine enters the standby state in a few seconds.
